When I’m looking for potential team members I am looking for specific personality types, characteristics, and potential. I don’t choose just anyone or everyone who thinks they want to be on my team. I’m looking for strong personality types, I’m looking for leaders, winners, business minds, and creators.
So I have to ask myself what do they look like?
My 5 people will have to be coachable, ready, and willing. They have to love to learn new skills and learn new things about themselves. Because they will learn new things about themselves, whether they wan to or not. However they may already know this. They have a hunger to be successful. They want more in life, something bigger then what they have. I love teaching people so they have to be able to listen. They have desire, a burning desire to reach their goals and will not stop until they have successfully done so. They may know how to reach their potential, or maybe they need guidance reaching their potential, either way they will be confident in their decision to move forward. They know that simply taking action is the firs step in achieving your dreams.
My 5 people will have motivation, strength, persistence and perseverance. Knowing that starting a business takes hard work. They aren’t afraid to put some elbow grease into their business, in fact they savor the challenges. I know from personal experience that you will learn a lot about yourself starting your business. You will stretch past your limiting beliefs, you will go beyond what you ever thought you were capable of doing. You’ll surprise not only yourself, but others too. If you fail you will have the attitude of ‘I did it once, I can do it again’. Giving up isn’t an option, you’ll learn from your failures and you’ll adjust accordingly. These traits require that these people are go getters, and they continue to learn and study about all aspects of life.
You have to want it, and want to be successful. It’s all in you already and in your mind. These 5 people will be driven by their motivation and will believe in themselves, they will know they are successful before they actually are. These peoples mindset is on wealth, and it’s on wealth of all areas of their lives, not just monetary. They realize that wealth and abundance covers many topics and they want to be wealthy in all areas of abundance. They are givers, success stories, movers & shakers, they love life and live it to the fullest they can. They take along with them people who are just as happy with life as themselves. Like attracts like. They have an innate knowledge that everything they require will be given or shown to them in one form or another.
The 5 people I am looking for may be reading this right now, who knows. I am looking for 5 people whom posses the qualities above. Are you one of these 5 people I’m looking for?
