This is my online accountability… I know this is not going to be the easiest challenge I’ve had in my life. However sharing it with you will help me and you see that it can be done. It’ll show my progress on a weekly basis and hopefully inspire you! Total Inches Lost: 1/2 in.

Weight Lost: 1 lbs.

Thoughts: I know you shouldn’t have excuses… but… I was so busy this week between my business and my job I found it very hard to fit in adequate exercise. Just tells me that I need to start making my schedule better! Busy is a good thing and I want to stay that way, but also need to make my health a priority. Finding balance is what its all about!
So next week, I’m going to MAKE sure that I am moving everyday.
Something else I’m noticing when making food choices… if I eat any kind of junk food it makes me sick now? And Certain foods, such as bread (yes its whole wheat with complex carbohydrates), makes me super lethargic, like in bed lethargic? I’m finding this to be interesting side effect. So now I’m staying away from certain foods like the plague, it’s not worth the consequence, I’d rather feel good all day long.

Thoughts: Well all in all this week sucked for my measurements! I know its because I didn’t walk as much as I should have… I wasn’t as active. BUT, my weight still went down so I guess it’s not all THAT bad.
I am finding an interesting side effect along with this food change, I’m not eating as much as I use to? I am getting full faster? I’m not going to complain but thought I’d let everyone know.

Thoughts: The results I am having keep me moving forward, though people are not taking notice yet, they will be very soon. I’ll have pics up soon, keep looking for them and you can tell me if you see differences or not. As for the week, I am getting to know DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST – this will be your downfall for the rest of the day. I felt tired, sluggish, hungry, and overall bad. Have not done this again and my energy has stayed all day long!
My son is also liking the new recipes that I am using – A side note about him: He has also increased his lean muscle mass, and lowered his total body fat using this program…. although I’m kind of forcing him into it since I’m the one who buys the food! ;) HE DOES NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, he’s 5’10″ @ 163 lbs. and perfectly healthy however… He feels great and is VERY happy about his results. He’s a testosterone filled, extremely athletic 16 year old who wants to outdo all the other boys in the gym! Seems pretty normal for the male species at any age, but thought I’d throw that in there. :)

Thoughts: This week has been especially hard. When I was younger I don’t remember having any type of craving when on my period… but now that I’m older it seems to be catching up to me. I did stop taking my Magnesium, maybe there’s something to that? I’ll have to wait until next month to test it out.
