I’m always amazed at how so many people overlook the importance of nutrition when trying to slim down. I think it has been banged into our heads to eat little portions… the smaller the portions the faster you lose weight, right?

Dr. vs. Client

Honestly, I hate it when Dr.’s give older clients gloom and doom. Just because their older doesn’t mean there is no hope for their health.

And that’s the same way my client felt… that there should be something she could do to help her condition. And she was right! Her Dr. told her it was “old age” and that she would have to take pain pills and anti-inflammatory’s for the rest of her life. She refused the pain meds, they don’t agree with her anyway.
