Honestly, I hate it when Dr.’s give older clients gloom and doom. Just because their older doesn’t mean there is no hope for their health.
And that’s the same way my client felt… that there should be something she could do to help her condition. And she was right! Her Dr. told her it was “old age” and that she would have to take pain pills and anti-inflammatory’s for the rest of her life. She refused the pain meds, they don’t agree with her anyway.

The mind has a way of playing tricks. Of course if your brain doesn’t get all the vitamins and minerals it needs it can play bad tricks. Forgetfulness, cloudiness, brain fog, confusion, fatigue, headaches… any of those sound familiar? Among the elderly it’s worse and so many of these folks simply don’t know what’s wrong. They blame it on “getting old”.
