The mind has a way of playing tricks. Of course if your brain doesn’t get all the vitamins and minerals it needs it can play bad tricks. Forgetfulness, cloudiness, brain fog, confusion, fatigue, headaches… any of those sound familiar? Among the elderly it’s worse and so many of these folks simply don’t know what’s wrong.
