OK, when I learned what too much sleep is I instantly stuck out my tongue and said blah… I LOVE my sleep and very few things will wake me up and get me out of bed. So as I counted out what a “good” nights sleep should be, I moaned and groaned.
As with a lot of weeks, this week has been very enlightening for me. First, it ended with the 4th, it was an eye opener to me as how quickly you can get off track and lose sight of your goals. With the holiday, it seemed that ‘business’ just went straight out the window. Don’t get me wrong, the “ONE” day should have been a vacation day, but not 4 days! Just goes to show how ‘trained’ we are, and how habits really make the difference in your life.
